Sidebite Performance Return Policy

At Sidebite Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used tear-offs
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or closeout items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
  • Electrical components once installed

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Sidebite Performance. Customers must contact us before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer. Sidebite Performance reserves the right to inspect products before approving warranty claims.
