Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact both the carrier and Sidebite Performance for assistance in filing a claim.

Sidebite Performance is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary.

Backorders

If an item is backordered, customers will be notified as soon as possible. Sidebite Performance reserves the right to ship available items separately or hold the order until all items are available.
